Our project planning team looks at creative and innovative ways of engaging young people. Through consultation with young people we pin point the need and then offer solutions based on the feedback collected. This has resulted in young people led initiatives and driven projects.
We organise resources around the projects and initiatives we plan to deliver. Targeting appropriate funding with SMART aims and objectives enables us to carry out our project based work.
With a more than adequate delivery team we at Rap-Aid continuously deliver fresh, innovative clear cut projects that suit young people and communities. Our project delivery teams consisting of Project managers, facilitators, contract session workers and volunteers ensures the planning and organisation of a project culminates in a fun and entertaining young people led and community driven project.
We plan, organise and deliver music festivals, community festivals and celebrations of young peoples accomplishment and achievement.
We empower young people by promoting youth advocacy and help develop young people by supporting them in airing their views and having an impact on their environment.
We exist as a support network for young people, either in their present state or going through a period of change
