The project runs out of Mrs Howard Hall until March 2009 and you can get involved in so many ways.
- Video: Recording and editing of project sessions, visits, music recording, art
- Film: Viewing of slavery related films e.g. Roots (series), Amistad etc
- Music: Creating music around the project findings and ideas
- Art: Documenting the project through art
- Archive Research: At the Hertfordshire archive library, on the internet etc
- External Visits: Visits to Hertford and Liverpool
This is an exciting opportunity for young people from Letchworth and surrounding areas to give an insight into their understanding of a pivotal period in the UK and Worlds history
The project is funded and supported by Heritage Lottery Fund and it gives a young persons viewpoint of slavery
