DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
RAP-AID YOUTH F.C. (Affiliated to the London F.A. & Middlesex County F.A)
Any Player, Parent or Member who feels it necessary to report another party to the Club for breach of the Clubs rules should do so by writing to the Club Secretary. Upon receipt of a complaint by the Secretary, he/she will acknowledge the complaint and arrange for the complaint to be discussed and examined by the management committee at the next monthly meeting or at a specially convened meeting if the accusation warrants it. If the Management committee upholds the complaint a disciplinary hearing shall be held and shall be attended by all interested parties and the Management Committee. The Management committee shall investigate the allegations made and the accused member shall be allowed to answer the allegation. The Committee shall finally discuss the matters in private and if found proved shall instruct the member to leave the Club forthwith. All managers shall be made aware of the management committee’s decision and the said member shall have no further dealings with the Club.
•The Club expects all Players, Managers and Supporters to observe the Laws of the Game and the Spirit of the Laws.
•All Players and Officials and Supporters are expected to respect referees decisions.
•All players, Supporters and Officials are to be mindful of the safety of themselves and others.
•All Players, Officials and Supporters should respect their opponents and be mindful that they are guests at their venue.
•All Players will pay any subscriptions, dues or fines immediately they become due.
•Where Players, Officials or Supporters contravene these expectations they may be called upon to appear at an internal Disciplinary Panel in addition to any Football Association sanction.
•The Disciplinary Panel will consist of the Club Chairman, Club Legal Adviser, Club Ethic Committee Chairman and one other Club members.
•The Disciplinary Panel will be convened as soon as possible after the report of the offence at the Club House.
•Any sanction will be notified within 7 days of the hearing.
•An Appeal against the Disciplinary panels ruling can be made within 14 days of the decision in writing to the Club’s Team Secretary or Club Secretary as appropriate.
•The Appeal Board will consist of the Club Vice-Chairman and two other independent Club officials.
•When considering cases the Club’s Disciplinary Panel will have regard to the following principles:
•The Rules of Natural Justice
•The Laws of the Game
•Standards of Discipline within the Club
•The need to help the Players, Supporters or Officials themselves.
