FOOTBALL TRAINING
Our Football training sessions are usually tailored towards developing players technically, physically, socially and psychologically, as well as developing our own playing methodology as a team.
Mostly, training is tailored to the needs of our players and the requirements of the sports itself. Our training encompasses exercises that work on the elasticity of the muscles, the building of muscles, the building of endurance, and the training of muscles for specified uses.
We train twice a week:
TUESDAY: Technique and Skills and Game (with ball)
THURSDAY: Physical, Physiological, Social & Technical (without ball)
